1. Genuine Reports Only

You confirm that all information you submit is accurate and that your report is a genuine theft. False reports are prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

2. Admin Review Process

Every report is subject to approval by an administrator. Reports may be rejected with or without a reason, at the discretion of the admin team.

3. Privacy and Contact Information

Your contact information is never made public. It is used strictly for communication from our backend, including admin responses and reports submitted by spotters.

4. Public Vehicle Details

Once approved, your vehicle details (such as make, model, color, registration, VIN, etc.) will be publicly visible to help others identify it.

5. Found Vehicle Submissions

Spotters can submit information if they find a vehicle listed on the site. This information is emailed to the owner. Spotters may remain anonymous or share their contact details at their discretion.

6. Prohibited Content

Submissions containing false information, offensive content, or materials that infringe on any law or rights of others are strictly prohibited.

7. Communication

By using the platform, you agree to receive email notifications from MyAutoStolen related to your report and its status.

8. No Guarantees

MyAutoStolen is a platform to raise awareness and assist recovery but does not guarantee that your vehicle will be found or recovered.

9. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
